Mischa Dick is the co-founder of HEI. He earned a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Mischa is a Certified Master Black Belt Trainer in Six Sigma techniques and a Certified Master in Lean Manufacturing.

After holding several positions at BMW Rolls Royce, German Aerospace Research Establishment, and Allied Signal Aerospace (now Honeywell), Mischa co-founded HEI with Marj Green in 1997. He co-led the team that developed the HEI Lean Transformation Model and has supported its implementation for numerous clients over the past 17 years. Mischa has led large scale projects in supply chain and revenue cycle redesign, enterprise-wide Lean improvement initiatives, clinical transformations, and M&A projects for Fortune 500 globally and US healthcare organizations, including Xerox, PPG, Whirlpool, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, CHRISTUS Health, Regional One Health, Houston Healthcare, and MaineHealth.
